The total price of a DittoForm is $1.750.00.
The Gift Certificate Total will be applied to the total price.
The total price includes a 3D scan by DittoForm scan technicians in Detroit or at one of our remote travel sites (We will work with you to be in a mutually acceptable location).
Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Gift Certificates MAY BE transferred to another person
Gift Certificates expire one year from purchase date. *Limited exceptions for health reasons, travel restrictions and the like will be considered.
